how much could you realistically make?

Just curious as to whats the most any ones ever made from this site? I have just recently joined and I'm finding some very interesting topics and views on here and so the moneys a good incentive but other than that i can see myself coming back here just to see ideas and things from different people.....But i was just wondering how much you could make and about how long you would have to be on here to make it......
