BUX.TO is this a legitimate or a scam site? Need your view please

I am really confused what to believe I have read in forums that tells bux.to is a nice site and they have paid but some forums tells that bux.to is a scam and they have not paid yet..
what is really the truth...please let me know if you have any idea.
I would appreciate your views...

Bux.to is a paying site. But it takes them more than 6 months to pay.

I am a standard member on the bux.to site.Its a legitimate site but the problem is they pay premium members very fast.since i'm a standard member my payment is still pending.It takes a lot of time to pay for standard members.so patiently waiting for payment.

Bux.to is not a scam and i got paid twice from this site.Only problem is that to get the payment you have to wait a long time.If they speed up the payment process,then this site is a real money making site in the internet.

Bux.to has paid me twice! i have all the payment proofs in my blog! The thing is they take a looooooong time to make payments! now i'm waiting for a payment for the last six months, in fact i requested on feb 26th but still pending payout. Here is all my bux.to payment proofs..
