Scam PTC sites and others!

Well, I have been newly introduced to ptc sites and has no idea which one is Scam and which one isn't. I tried a method to find out. I put the sites name in google search and also added scam " xyz.com and scam". I read a lot of reviews on the site but in the end got confused coz one is saying that site is a scam and second one says it could be and the third one gives assurance that its not a scam. So I want that any of you know anything of ptc site scam please tell me about it with site name. And i also want to discuss about these sites too: Payperpost, softwarejudge, constant-content, writers-share, Ciao.co.uk and surveysavvy. I'll be grateful if you can please clear my confusion. Jesse.
