It depends on what mood I am in. There's so many ways to say those words, so many expressions or tones.
I could say 'go for it!' in a way to motivate someone to go for their dreams or whatever plan they might have.
I could say 'go for it!' in a way to get rid of a person. To cut the conversation short because I may think it's useless to advise the person to stop or to think otherwise.
I could say 'go for it!' as a way to apply my a reverse-psychology tactic.
I could even say 'go for it!' as a mark to dare the person into doing what they're arrogantly telling me their could or would do.
So, there are really many ways and reasons for saying those words.
=)

I think Shelly meant to type 'lol, and' (where 'lol' means 'laughs out loud')
