Very difficult question. Because everyone can not go to the best one. Where ever you study, how successful you are thereafter matters. I have two IIT medalists friends, still struggling in the life. IITs are the best in India.

well I am also an IIT GRADUATE currently in US for a postgraduation. Just wanted to have an idea of the general public opinion!
