I heard this so many times. I am not a successful man yet so it not true in my case. How about you? Do you believe this? Is there some one may be your spouse, mom, lover friend(girl), child or some other women who stand whit you for your every decision?

I agree to an extent, but there is a reason for it...
He would rather be out working that to be at home listening to her bi*ch and moan all the time...

As per my experience I should say behind my success there is a man i.e my husband he always supported me to take care of my children , to do best in my exams and to become successful in my life and career, so I beleive in this statement behind every successfuly women there is a man.

I am not a man but I am behind the success of my husband. I support in all he do and gives him the love and care. We make it a point to discuss things specially if he can't decide on his own.

Just a correction please ....A WOMAN...........In all cases, because they are the passion drivers, ignitors, motivation to live to earn, to compete.....the gene theory apply.

I think this is not very true. The concept behind this could be that once a women is there in your life then you can discuss the same with them. She can get infolved in your problem and can give you full support. So this holds true, I guess this might be true.
