My Alertpay has Just Been Approved..!! =)

After months, my Alertpay had just been approved. Finally! Frankly, I am not pleased with the speed of their service as well as always being unable to contact the support team, instead getting just the answering machines, and emails goes unanswered. For the past 2 months, I had been trying to get my account verified as without being verified, I cannot do anything at all. At the point of time when I signed up for an Alertpay account, my account was frozen straight away seeking for verification. Since then, I had been trying to upload documents to verify my account, but each time, it was declined. I uploaded the same 2 documents 4 times in total, and each time it took Alertpay verification team 10 days to come back and decline my documents, stating the most ridiculous reasons. Attempts to contact them via emails and telephone calls went unanswered. Finally! After 2 months of frustration, my account was finally verified with the very same documents that they had been rejecting 4 times! It's ironic isn't it? Is there anybody else who had the same problems and frustation with Alertpay just like me? What is your experience with this new payment processor? Are you happy with them? Or is there any other alternatives which you prefer, and why?
