it deppends on personalopinion, for me right now no one is better than roger.

I think your list has serious flaws. It's definitely way too recent. And Kournikova never actually won a professional tournament. She may not be top 300, let alone top 3.
That said, I would say Federer has to be the GOAT. It looks to be just about over now, but the run he went on was the most amazing the sport has ever seen.
