How to save eyes damage from long computer work ?

Hey pls suggest ways to save eyes from long use of computer
it shuould not happen that computer makes us blind....so suggest
someways can be
wash eyes
go for walk
use antiglare
yes what u do to save eyes
I know many computer has taken vision from

Hi Ganesh.
Switch to TFT monitors,if you still using CRT monitors,
TFT monitors using LCD display,it will not emit rays like CRT monitors.
so it is safer to eyes.

Hmmm.. i have not taken any precautionary measure as of date.. I spend nearly 15 hours before PC daily.. and i am getting dark circles around my eyes.. It is clearly seen.. Like you i don't know what to do.. May be some " facial" may help. But i find time at dearth to do these.

There are screens you can put on your monitor to reduce the monitor light on your screen or you can turn down you screen brightness. Anyway these screens you can get at any compurter retail store.
