My son is always asking me if I am speeding. He will say, "Dad, you have to go the limit speed, ok?" It is so cute. Most of the time, I am going over the speed limit when he says it so it is a cute little reminder to slow down. Do you go the speed limit?

I always try to go the speed limit, even though most of the time I will go five over the speed limit because I know at least around here it is legal to go five over, and the cops will not pull you over unless your going ten or more over the speed limit, because if they give you a ticket for going five over than they will get laughed out of the court house.

Very true. I have a friend that is a cop and he says that 5 is okay and 10 won't always get you pulled over. If it is raining, you are definately safe because he ain't getting out of his car to give you a ticekt:)

Not really, and I feel ashamed of that. I often speed up in the highway especially when it is already late at night and no one's there... race time baby, yeah... I know it is bad, but can't help it. the empty street is just too big temptation too resist

I agree. I find myself doing that all too often when I am without my kids. However, I used to speed much more before I had kids. Something about having kids makes you slow down and think more:)

Yeah, I did that when I was younger and when I didn't have a GF like now. But lately she said that she doesn't like the speed and she got mad and told me and it is dangerous, so I lower the speed.
You're a good dad I see, from the way you care to your kids.

Honestly no. You should see my driving record. From 2005 until now I believe I have 7 speeding tickets on my record. It would have been a lot more but some of the speeding tickets I got I went to court and they always seemed to knock them down to parking ticets so it wont go on my record so they say. But, here recently I have slowed it down alot.
