What could this be?

What might cause pulsating head aches and forgetfulness to everyday repeative things? Also always being tired no matter how much sleep is gotten for the day and weakness?

Sounds to me like you need to see a doctor if you're experiencing these symptoms. Headaches can be a sign of so many things. So can being tired, feeling weak, and being forgetful. I have lots of those things, and it has to do with my fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue. I would be off to the doctor if I were you.
