false accusation ?

ok my dad has been going thru and court case for almost 2 years now , i just found out that there is a rumor going around i think the police or the lawyers office that the so called witnesses might each separately have been witness on a cases on them as witness to something that is on the same subject on recent cases. my dad lawyer is going to find if this is true , i am the type of person that if i have a bad feeling about something and cant shake it then it normally correct and that is what type of feeling i have about these witnesses. if the truth come out that they have another case like my dad as witness i want to know what type of punishment will they receive if this is true about what they are doing will they go to jail? this might be an regular occurance with them.

it's a little confusing if you are talking about false witnesses that is very disheartening.if that is the case, i hope they get caught in their own trap.

yes my dad got arrested for what they supposeably saw but they didnt give the full details and now they are witnesses to another case on the same subject if this is the case then i hope they get arrested for false accusation and racial discrimanation and other thing along with that.
