Old profile

I have an old profile on this website. I "deleted" my account but the username, all my posts and lots of information about me have been left on the site.
I would like to delete my old profile COMPLETELY off the website, I have contacted the owners of the website but they haven't even bothered to reply to me. Even if they could delete the information about me (but leave the topics and username) I would be happy.
Has this happened to anyone else? Anyone know how best to get around this?

Friends of mine that had their account deleted had all of their personal info removed as well. I reckon give it a bit more time or contact them again over this. I don't understand why they haven't taken care of this yet. How long has it been since you last contacted them?

it's about a week or so.
I've tried contacting them many times about this matter. Contacted them when i rejoined. Still all my information is on here. When would be best to contact them again?
