which ptc site has a lowest payout....?

I am not quite sure about the lowest one but Neobux has a payout of $2.00 only.

Most of the sites these days have $5 or $10 payout these days and a few of them have $2. From the one's that I know they are neobux, buxplus.But most of the sites raise their payout to $5 or $10 soon after sometime.
