It looks to be that your tummy is projected out,use sauna belt for 30min or go for some herbal treatments,like herbalife,still you have to control your diet,exercise(just like,take situps 100times daily).It is always better you can consult a doctor in your city,and take the right treatment.I hope you will be slim in another 6 months and please send me the photos after 6 months,add me as your friend.Take Care

sauna belt may cost around 15-20$,it is cheap,make a try no idea any after effect is there.Better to consult a doctor and take treatment.

FEW STEPS THAT YOU MAY TAKE FOR LOSING WEIGHT -
1. Walk briskly for half an hour a day.
2. Exercise regularly.
3. Try learning yoga and do "Kapaal Bharti Aasan" everyday.
4. Take 1 glass Hot water and mix some lemon juice and honey in it, and drink it.
5. Avoid oily food with high quantity of fatty elements in it.

I think that the hardest way,ie exercising and cutting down bad carbs is the easiest way.Any other short cut is always risky and sometimes scary.As these
belts and all causees sideeffects most of the time.Iam trying to loose weight too.Iam talking out of personal experience.

First, I would start to say that it is all in your mind, so you have to mentally prepare yourself for it. Set some goals and monitor them. Define actions for the wheight lost...
I personally don't agree that you'd need to lose a lot of weight, you are quite fit (at least from my perspective and taste).
But I think that you should look at the following points:
- food habits
- exercise, you can start by just going for a walk, make some jogging everyday, be a little active
- prepare your friends and family for your decision and ask them to help you and support you
- think a lot, I find that using my brain I use a lot of calories.
And that is just my thought. Although I find you very sexy.

eat lean meats, low carbs food , plenty of veggies , drink plenty of water
no junk , no sodas, no sweets,,,workout at least start with 10 min, keep record of your intake and workouts
read about fitness its give you .. motivation , workouts, recipes

well, if u really wana lose weight.
just eat less, exercise more.
never skip yr meals, but no supper.
avoid fried/oily food.
i think exercise is the best way to lose weight. cos i'd gone thru it. i was 77kg 4 years ago.

I agree with the walking tip, but it has to be a fast paced walk, you have to watch what you eat also.

I have started watching my portions. Lowering my carb and fat intake is helping too. Walking helps if you do not have access to exercise equipment.

Portion control,low fat ,low salt,low sugar(12 tsbp.sugar in a can of Coke!!!!!!)and exercise that you enjoy.Exercise you don't enjoy you won't do.

Don't worry ,first!You don't mind it,or you will gain weight.I think you shoule eat more fruit and water ,also do more exercises to lose it.And when you insist on it,you will soon see the effect!

Step 1 Once you reach target, add 250 calories a day to your existing daily calorie intake. This means if you’ve been having 1,250 calories each day, you should now have 1,500 calories a day.
Step 2 After a week, weigh yourself on your usual scales. You’ll probably have lost a little more weight. If so, add another 250 calories to last week’s daily allowance. So, if you were having 1,500 calories a day, now have 1,750 calories daily.
Step 3 After a week, weigh yourself again. If you’ve lost more weight, add an extra 250 calories to your daily intake, for example from 1,750 calories to 2,000 calories each day.
Step 4 After a week, if your weight has stabilised that’s the amount of calories you need each day to keep your new slim shape. If you’ve gained a tiny amount, drop your daily calorie intake by 100 calories, for example, from 2,000 calories to 1,900 calories daily. After a week, weigh yourself again. If your weight has stayed the same, that’s the amount of calories you need each day for weight maintenance. If your weight has gone up or down, juggle your daily calorie intake by 50 calories a day until your weight eventually stabilises.
Step 5 Weigh yourself once a week on your usual scales until you are confident that you’re maintaining your healthy weight.

You could listen to me if you choose to. I am an expert in this and tried it myself. Try to walk at least 2miles a day for for at least 4-5 times a week. Drink very cold water it helps burn carb and calories faster than just normal water. Eat 5 small meals a day (low carb and calorie foods). Do regual exercising and 15 minute abs workout daily. You should be good.

Avoid eating fatty foods and those that have saturated fat, try to eat Oatmeal its the best source of fibers and even Aga Muhlach have used that food inorder to lost weight. I do have tried it but am getting slimmer , my mom told me to stop or I would have been skinner than what I should be.

First of all from your photos, I don't think you look fat. I have found that eating oatmeal for breakfast everyday decreases your stomach size and makes you less hungry for the rest of the day. Every time I need to lose a few pounds or see my stomach getting "pouchy" I switched to oatmeal in the morning for a few weeks and that's it!

1. enroll in a fitness club near your house/office/school, wherever is most convenient
2. exercise religiously, preferably 3 to 5 times a week
3. eat lots of fiber: vegetables, whole wheat bread
4. reduce your food intake during dinner. you're gonna be sleeping anyway so you don't need too much calories
5. do not drink coke or juice. stick to water. water is good for you. makes your skin younger looking as well
6. reward yourself with nice clothes, not food, everytime you lose some weight
