Softwarejudge! Is it a Scam?

Well i have been member or i acn say i have an account on Softwarejudge.com. Site that pays for writing reviews. And i have earned a little but their minimum payment threshold is $ 200 and i haven't earned that much still. So i want to ask for a favour that any one knows anything about softwarejudge.com anyone with prior experience. Who can tell whether this site is a scam or not? Do they pay $ 200? and they also say that you will get freebies and you can download software if we have atleast $ 50 in our account.They say that you'll be paid through western union. I am confused about this site and it takes a lot of time to write a good review. This is topic for discussion and comments. Please discuss. Jesse.
