Blogs and Feeds. Need help instant!!!!!

well I'm new at blogging. I've signed an account at blogger.com. But it seems there is a problem. I can't figure out how we feed our blogs. They say feeding is necessary. So will anyone please tell me about feeding.
And, What is the best site for blogging?
There is a site name feedburner for feeding but i didn't understand what they mean coz i have a quite poor internet vocabulary. So, can someone please tell about it.
I'm just confused.
If someone has any idea about it. Then please share.

Go to feedburner.com. Type in your blog's address & create an account with them. Voila! Instant feed. You can then put a subscribe by rss button on your blog's sidebar or copy the code feedburner provides for offering email subscriptions. Feedburner has a pretty good site that should explain it all to you - hope that helps!!!
