Failing English!!!

This past year I failed english 10 and on top of that I didn't have the money to go to summer school,can someone please tell me if they'll let me go ahead to the 11th grade english and take the 10th next summer or will i have to repeat the class. Please respond back!!!!

you can learn it all by yourself or learn it with a friend on the website i am glad to learn english with you but i don't think my english is good enough. do you think so? what do you say?
