Would you leave your family for a job offer abroad?

Sometimes, we are offered a juicy job offer abroad, and it would really help our family finances, but then it also means we would have to leave the family behind , some kids, our partner. Would you grab the offer or ditch it?

Everyone of us whats the best for our family. What to give them and makes them happy. But It depends! If I'm making good earning here I rather stay here and be with my love ones. It's not easy to leave them behind and being alone by yourself missing them all. But if I'm not earning well here, well it's a big sacrifice for me but it will help them to survive and I wanna give them the best in life. I will be practical I guess. Have a nice day!

Nope wouldn't take it. What's the since in having better pay if you can't share that with your family? Now if it was something like I just need to go away for a short period, then I would consider it, but not for more than a couple of weeks. Family is more important that money to me.
