Do you pay attention to the 29th summer Olympics which will be held in Beijing?

It is the first time for Olympics game to be held in developing country. Though Chinese economic grow very fast, it still be a poor country comparing to the westen countries. Do you think China will success in hosting the great game? Do you know something about the Beijing's National stadium called " Bird's Net"? Do you like this big building?

I know nothing about the Bird's Nest, but I am planning to watch a lot of the Olympics and to write about it as well. I will watch the Olympics every day including weird sports I don't usually see. I'm excited to watch trampoline and modern rhythmic gymnastics. I like some traditional sports too especially swimming, diving, and traditional gymnastics. I hate boxing which my dad loves.

I think there will be a lot of controversy as China promised it would improve it's human rights issues and allow more freedom on the internet and for the western media. I don't know if this has happened yet or not but Amnesty International has already said they have concerns that China won't do as they promised. I hope China does as the olympics could be the turning point but it could so easily be the worse thing to happen there.

After you have seen the ceremony of the 29th olympic game, do you change a little of your view on China? I advise you should come to China and walk aroud! Do not see the world especially China with your narrow eyes.
