Where do you let your newborn sleep? In the same bedroom as you? Or alone in another room? Or you let the baby sleep with you for the first few months and then let the baby sleep in another room after that?

i have a son who is two years of age and his pictures appears as my avatar. my wife ( i am married for 5 years ) had a lot of miscarriages before we hit the jackpot. so for us he is our precious one (well i know all children are but our situation was really heart breaking.) from the day he was born up to this day he sleeps inside our room. in his crib but sometimes beside us. soon we will be buying him his own bed but still he will be sleeping with us in our room. i work at nights so my wife would rather sleep woth our baby close by

yes it was really painful. in and out of the hospital after a miscarriage and going home without any baby in our arms. i need to be strong for my wife for she is the one who really is affected the most. i even told that it was okay for me even we didnt have any child, but the Lord is so good and he gave us one. welcome to the world of mylot jade, i forgot to tell you that when i responded earlier.

well my four year old slept in the same room with us until he was about three, and my 3 month old is still sleeping with us but when he and his brother get there new bedroom furniture then i will start letting him sleep in their room. i let my brother come stay with us and i let him have my sons room because it was only supposed to be temporary but since it looks like it is going to be longer then i am going to make him start sleeping on the couch so my kids can get their room back.
