Congrats! Now it is time to go purchase every baby name book, every What to expect when your expecting book and everything else that you will need to get through pregnacy. Well maybe hold off on the baby name books, but really. The book What to expect when you are expecting is really good. Most people know a little about pregnacy, but this book really details each month out. It lets you know what you can expect from each docotors vistit. It also has answers to questions about food choices when your pregnant to what to do when you get the flu. It is very informative and I recomment it to every expecting mom. Then when the baby arrives you can get the second to that book, What to expect during the first year. Again congrats!

Well done ,when you first see that tiny foetus grwing inside of you it immediately makes you very protective of it,its the most amazing feeling, and lets hope that you manage to escape the morning sickness ,and that you can stay well throught the whole nine months,the first trimester is the most testing one,it sometimes seems a little slow to pass,but after that you seem to grow on a daily basis.

What a good news! You may feel very tired since you are pregnant. It's normal and please try to have more rest. I suggest you to have a fruit, a cup of milk and an egg everyday. It'll give you the essential nutrition. They are the food which I had to eat everyday when I was pregnant. It will be good for yourself and your baby.
