why are some people so shameless

i come across so many who are just shameless in whatever they do, be it at teh office, on the road, during picnics et al, they just are so shameless in theior behaviour, deeds and thoughts, how canthey be like this

some pple are born like that..they ahve no regard for anyone n does whatever he/she pleases n its thier way of life so although we dislike it, let us learn to accpet them as they are..cos they cant change n live our own separtate lives

aside from the most probable fact that they don't give a d@mn about anyone around them, maybe it's some sort of a hereditary trait or we could say their behavior is genetically hardwired to them. well that could be spooky...

they think that they dont care watever this world thinks of them to some extent i may be taken as a good principle,,but for there bad dees and loss of atiquates they are hated by alllllll..no one likes them either,,everyone want to remain away from that person,,they are bound to suffer one day
