people die ; but sometimes even when you dont know them personally, it hurts...

this is the way of destiny..everyone living has to die one day. we all accept this fact but still when our near and dear ones pass away we mourn and feel sad. well thats again a part of life and human nature. but have you noticed that sometimes it even hurts you when you hear about the death of someone you didnt know personally. yesterday, i was watching TV (usually i just watch reality shows) and during an ad, started surfing across the channels. suddenly a breaking news came in : Voice of India - Ishmit Singh is no more. It came as a shock to everyone at home who were watching the news. we just couldnt believe it. For those who dont know Ishmit Singh - he was the winner of Voice of India last year; a very talented and God gifted singer who was just 19 yrs old. As i told earlier, i watch a lot of reality shows and voice of india was one of them and yes Ishmit was one of my favourite contenders too. Its a great loss to the indian music world and mainly my heart goes out to his parents. his father had actually cried (tears of happiness) when his son won the title saying that he feels proud when someone calls out - there goes Ishmits father. we can just imagine what they must be going thru now. may God give them the strength and patience to face this reality of life.
