Neopets: a hobby for children, or also for grown ups

I love neopets.. so addicting... I have been playing it for like I think 5 years now, but I am no longer very active... I played it last month though.... I even have a store... I just dont know if it sells... ohh, now I want to play again... whats your name in neopets??

Personally I feel that Neopets is for all ages,and that anyone who likes to have fun and play games is perfect for that site,I am currently 23 and up until like a year ago I used to play it several hours a day,every day,because the site is very addicting,but thanks to my fiance,I am no longer addicted to it,and now concern myself with more important things.

Nah, I have had neopets too, but didn't have time for them hehehe.. But now that you talked about them, I'm thinking of setting up another one and this time sticking by it. hehehe.. No one is too young or too old for these things, it's a source or relaxation and entertainment. Life is no fun without these little experiences. Good luck with your neopet! =)

You are not too old. I am 43 and have amassed a small fortune in Neopets. started playing long ago when my kids were interested in the site. Now they've grown up, and I still have my account. I think what I like about Neopets is that it's a well-run site, with lots of updates. just my opinion though

Hi I am not a child by far anymore and I got a neopet just 2 days ago, it is an Acara, blue and pink, named FynnAntares. The only thing is there is not much available for instructions. I don't know how to feed her, or put things in her closet, take things out of the deposit box and use them, not much of anything. I am having fun with the games and searching other places but I am afraid she will die if I can't feed her. I know I am asking a lot but would you be able to give me any pointers, please? I am having a lot of fun with this but cannot get any answers from help or faqs. Also everything is so expensive. Are we supposed to haggle way down? Well as far as whether or not it is just for kids, I think it is for older kids and adults, as long as you are having fun with it that's great. Thank you, ceciliah

For grown ups too! Of course! I'm 14, but I know a lot of older people that have neopets.

Neopets is for anyone who likes fun games and 26 is not too old. I think it is aimed mainly at kids but why should they have all the fun. I've got three pets at the moment and enjoy taking care of them, training and buying stuff for them, although I haven't done that much as I'm trying to increase my np and build my neohome first.

For me, it's a hobby for everyone. I've seen players who are 50 years old. Well, just one really. :D
