the hard work

i'm very hate my work in this kind situation,some time ,it over time 15 hours to work,and one week,we work 6 days.and the plant situation is so bad,so i can't stand here,i arrived here almost 3 months.maybe this is the life,but how can i do ?

Try to find another job (not an easy task, but...). Why work in a place where you can't find any satisfaction? Based on your skills, you can work on projects (even from home), just search the Internet. My first hint - www.getafreelancer.com Good luck!
