friends 07bux.net has not paid for over a month now ,what happened is the site over now.the number of ads too has decreased from over 30 to just 8 ads. what is happennig?

I requested payout on 3rd June and have not received it yet either. I saw a discussion earlier where a users has received payment and I asked for proof. Hope o see it soon otherwise I begin to think it is not paying any more
