in the great city of nixa mo the bilding inspecters will pass any thing. the fire inspecter will never fine you as long as you'r a bissnes. my apartment bilding have mager fire hazerds. so i called to report them all they did was come out and look around and told them to fix them. last year they find a frind of mine $2000 for the same thing. i thought thet the u.s. was for the peaple but i gess its just for the peaple thet have the most money. our rights as the american peaple only apply to those how have the most money.

Hi dad2spots,
I am so sorry to hear about your problems but that how its always seem to be the rich gets richer the poor gets pooer, but there must be something you can do, is not the landlord's responsiblity for all this repairs? fine out about it.

Unfortunately there are corrupt people holding official positions in many cities and towns in this country. I live in a small town in Florida and you can get away with anything if you have the right last name or are related to the right people. It's called the Good Old Boys Club...the government officials give a free pass to business owners and business owners do favors for government officials. I agree with you that it's not right.
