i have a headache and i got to take medicine

Before I take in any medicine I always try the more natural alternative first and if I'm still not alright then that is thew only time that I take in medicines. There is really (possibly :p) no reason why not to take the right me3dicine if it ails you but I don't want to be dependent on the medicine to cure me. Sometimes when you use the medicine too much it will no longer have an effect on you and that probably is the main reason why I try to cure myself with alternative forms first. For headaches a few minutes of sleep or a comforting environment usually does the trick.
