What will you feel if your father don't care about anything at all...

since I was little,my father don't care about me at all and it really breaks my heart...No matter what I try,he still let me down..I always ask my mom why is he like that and my mom cannot answer my questions..Why i'm saying he don't care at all?well here's my story...
My mom is the bread winner of the family..she is the one who's working for us and I feel bad about it but I can't do anything because I'm just a kid..the only thing my dad doing is...sleeping,watching tv,drinking beer and always get angry when my mom can't update the bills in the house..My mom feel bad and I decided to sell the house and gave him half share of the price so that he will not bother us at all because my mom can't take it anymore..but then,he just waste the money with useless stuffs and keep asking money for my mom..He said that he don't care if we finish college or not as long he can gets money to my mom..I don't know what to do and all I want is to live happily but it seems life is so unfair but I believe that god always have a plan but I need a good advice for those people out there who can read this..:-(

so very sorry for you. the only thing i know to say to you in your situation, is first take it day by day the best that you can. keep looking to God and pray about your need. God can help you and strengthen you. and lead you through your situation. He can help you find a way and when you're older you can help your mother out financially as well. yours is not the only situation like this. my dad grew up like that. his father drank away all the money he earned, so his mother worked to put food on the table and keep the house. my dad came out of it a good man and did better for his family. you can too.
