OK, so I'm not a dog person. However, I've been looking after my ex-wife's dog for a year now. The dog was raised by cats and loves them to pieces. My cat doesn't like dogs, period, and hasn't gotten used to this one in all that time. The dog normally sleeps right by the front door. Last night sometime, the cat hocked up a hairball right in front of the door and now the dog won't go near there.

That's so funny. We have a dog and two cats and they all love each other. I use to like cats more than dogs but our dog is really cool, he even knows without me saying a word to him to get out of my seat when I walk toward it. It's so great, the cats would of course just allow me to sit on them !

LOL Vlad, too funny!!! Good cat!! Give Mysti a hug from me. There were times when I'll admit Pebbles was laying on the floor, and I enjoyed petting her, and she even looked cute on the couch in he morning, but she's BIG, she JUMPED, she POOPS and we have to take her out to do so!!! If does weren't so big and so high maintainence (if they were more like CATS!!!) I might consider being a dog person, but for ow I'll stick with cats. I love you. Love Your Favourite Wife

That is hilarious!! We have quite a few stories as well! We had two cats and finally got a dog and he was nicknamed a "puppycat" because he acted just like the cats, and then we were sitting for two Doberman and also had recently gotten a new puppy. Well this puppy played all the time with the Doberman and she's a little 15 pound dog, and she started rubbing off on puppycat. Well the two first cats had been gone for a while and we got a new kitten and she thinks she's one of the dogs now! We also have a Sphynx (Hairless) Cat who hates the dogs and shys away from them at all times.
