Christmas In July

While Christmas is still months away, for some reason I was thinking about it and it brought up this question: do you enjoy giving gifts or receiving them more and why? Not don't be afraid to admit that you prefer receiving, chances are you're not alone at all. For me, I prefer the giving aspect. I absolutely adore watching people's reactions to the gifts that my wife and I give them and it makes me feel really good inside about the whole thing. Sure we sometimes buy things that aren't as well liked but those reactions can be just as entertaining! So where do you stand on this topic? Do you like giving or receiving gifts more? I look forward to your replies.

Isn't it AWESOME the thought process and excitement that goes into trying to find that perfect gift? And good for you on last year's score! Thanks for your reply!

I love Christmas, and I enjoy buying gifts. My problem is that every year when Christmas comes, I do not have any money to buy gifts, and I am usually depressed because of it. I used to be able to buy tons and tons of gifts, and couldn't wait until Christmas morning to see the expressions on faces as they opened their gifts. People would always say, why don't you open your's but I got more enjoyment in watching others.

Well I'm sorry to hear that. Truthfully, I've found that the internet is a great way to find neat, inexpensive gifts, all year long. Maybe you'll find things like I have...it's worth a shot anyhow. Thanks for your reply and good luck!
