You are given a Star after you reach 100 posts. The number inside the Star is your approval rating within the members of myLot. The number (11) after your name is how many posts you have so far.

thx 4 the info, does having more stars give me some benefit or something, or just rating and reputation?

The only benefit of the star is self satisfaction of knowing you are pleasing your teammates. I don't think it gets you any extra earnings. I wouldn't worry about the Star, just chat & enjoy your time at myLot. There are a ton of good people here. I personally believe you will make more money if you concentrate on your posts over worrying about your Star.

They represent your mylot reputation based on how your discussions and responses are rated. Apparently I ticked someone off recently because I used to be a ten.
