Google Adsense request not Approved!!

Hi friends,
Actually this week i sent google adsense to approve my latest blog which is still in progress www.e-learninglinks.blogspot.com.
I got a message yesterday from google adsense saying that sorry to say that your blog is not approved because of it is under construction.
what shall i do to get my google adsense ad on my blog ?
pl help me!!

well, my GF blog just approved today. I think you should have an active blog first and you should use english on your blog. My GF's blog is a simple blog indeed but it is approved because of the content and it is done.
Why did they say that your blog was underconstruction? Is it really underconstruction? You can ask for approval for something that is not done yet i believe
