How Often Do You Watch Television?

I often wonder to myself what is the point of watching television. Sometimes I find myself watching pointless shows on celebrities that I will never meet. I spend at least 4-5 hours a day watching tv. Would you say it would be more healthy to play video games for 4-5 hours since your mind is actually active during that time?? How often do you watch tv?
