When the Griffens, Quagmire, Cleveland, and the Swansons all went into war for the trophy that there street won at a float contest. The part when Peter tries to shoot Quagmire, misses, and starts cussing, that's the funniest part to me.

The funniest episode to me was when Stewie wanted his money from Brian for losing a bet, and Stewie kept beating him up

That was a funny episode, definitely a funny part too. But my favorite episode was the Wonka factory spoof and the funniest part was when Joe couldn't even go in because it wasn't handicap accessible, it mean but still funny.
