sometimes you might wonder WHAT they do years ago? what were the people like? and sometimes you can learn from history and hopefully not repeat mistakes.

i was the same way when i had to study it. it was boring. but years later i'd be driving somewhere and wondered what people long ago were like when they went thru that area. and too in politics and the government if they would check things out in history they could have prevented some big mistakes. also it's good to know how things were before you were born. and when you get older you may want to check out how things were when you were a child and didn't understand all that was going on.
you'll appreciate it when you're older.
