my weight up faster than my age... how shall i do? very horrible, i havent gave birth, havent married fat already... My bf will break with me... someone... somebody there give me a hand so i can stop thinking of taking lots food... how to lose appetite??

Hello, cherrytcy86! You should look for professional help. Doctors who are specialized on medicine and can probably tell if you have a disease or something or if it is just psychologic. I want you to know that perhaps you are not feeling hungry at all. Perhaps you are just thinking that you are hungry. Your mind may be playing tricks on you. Write down some times. 9 in the morning, 1 in the afternoon (13 hours), 16:30, 20:00 and, at last, 22, if you are still awake. Then, you follow this schedule: at nine in the morning you have your breakfast. Eat well, but don't overeat. Just eat enough to make you feel satisfied. Then, no matter if you feel hungry or not, only eat again at thirteen hours, or one in the afternoon if you prefer. Do not eat before it, no matter how hungry you are. You won't die of hunger in just a few hours, so do not worry. Then only eat again at 16:30. At 20:00, have your dinner. And, at 22:00, have a light meal before going to bed. If you put effort in it, you can do it. It isn't hard. It'll show results soon enough. If it doesn't, just cut the 22:00 and the 16:30 meals. You'll see, you'll soon be getting thinner. That is mean i need to psycho myself by saying "i m not hungry" ? k.. try working on it today... see whether it is work out or not. thanks... hihi,...

Yeah, that's it. You have to convince yourself that you are not hungry when you feel hungry. It's all in your mind, and I cannot control your mind... However, you can. :D
