Hi! I do agree with you. Its really the simplest, easiest and cheapest way to be healthy but it does need some time. How does walking make me feel? Its makes me feel calm. Its one of my stress reliever actually. When I have one of those days that I feel that I have to just get away from everything and run...I walk. I walk and walk and walk. It clears my head and makes me calm. After a reasonable amount of time of walking or until my legs are aching from all the walking I stop. Then I think about what should I do regarding my problem or anything thats bugging me or how I do things that needs to be done. Its a good motivator also and helps us flush out some toxins by sweating.

Hello, memorable.
Walking makes me feel great aswell. Getting in touch with the nature (if you are walking by a park), but it only feels good if you are with someone. I mean, walking alone for me is really boring. You can't chat, you can't do anything, you just walk. I guess that walking with your friends can be way more pleasant. Now, running alone makes me feel great. Then I feel like I own the world. You feel the blood running, you watch your steps, you get far. I think you should also try it, you'll feel great.
