Yes, I agree with you because most of the time, people would leave their company for the reason of "greener pasture". This only shows that they were never contented in that company. Sometimes it's also an environment factor. If you are not happy doing your job because you don't get along well with the people inside the organization, well you'd probably grab every job available as long as you'll work there happily.
