Well i have seen a car accident in front of me?both cars were litteraly smashed.People were busy in calling cops from their cell.No one came up for the people shouting from inside for help.I went their and tried to pull out one man who was asking for help and called ambulance immidiately. In between I was asking help from the people who are just watching from distance to take the people out from the cars but no one came for help.
In your opinion What you would have done in this situation and what is best thing to do in this situation?

I appreciate your kindness for helping the man who was asking for help.. But sometimes, we cant just help injured people. We might worsen their injuries by pulling them.. We can do that if we have been trained on first aids and things like that..

Because I would not know exactly what their injuries are, I would not try to pull them from their cars. I would try to calm them down and keep telling them that help is on the way, try to stay calm, things like that. I wouldn't want to hurt them any more by trying to remove them from their cars.

If there is no immediate danger (fire, explosion, gas leak) then the best thing to do is to try and make the person comfortable as possible and leave them where they are until an ambulance arrives. There is the possibility that they could have a neck or spinal injury and by moving them could cause further injury. Most people in severe car accidents are put on a "back board" a special device to protect their spine and are given a "neck collar" to protect their neck before they are even removed from the vehicle.
