Well,
In a recent attempt, Bill managed to do it again!
It seems, in France, Microsoft managed to convince some laptop manufacturers/sellers to install a special BIOS in their products, which will allow consumers to only install Microsoft Windows on them.
How convenient, no?

Well its is obvious that Linux and other free OS are beginning to have an effect on the market share of MICROSOFTS share of the CompUTER cake and IT in general and the only to combat this opensource thing is to mastermind a exactly what he has achieved in France by enabling only Windows to install in their laptops. WeLL I pity the French.
