Yes you need to configur the WEP security options in the Router also if you can set the MAC filter and it will be double secure.

Configure the WEP or WPA key into the router and you can secured the wireless network or if it is for the Cafe / Hotel you can used the radius server (Like Aradiel)to secured the network .
