Static, Flash or CMS type of websites? which one do you prefer?

hmmm... for me static loads faster but flash are interesting but loads slowly. sometimes, i skip the introduction... and CMS types powered by Wordpress or blogspot are simple yet elegant and loads faster... hmmmm... i am torn... it depends, if i have time or not...i guess LOL

I would prefer a flash website because it looks very lively and interesting.

I'm an old school, and at a slow connection so if could choose I will go for static. Unfortunately a lot of good stuff are in flash or CMS so I guess I'm like you, torn.
