today ,i buy two green pepper,not until i finished my lunch, did i feel my hands are so smartly till now.

Green pepper is realy spicy, but only the iner white part is very spicy. If you slice the pepper open to two half, and slice off the white muscle of pepper, it will be not as spicy as before. And you will touch spicy part less, May be your hands will be not as smartly as now.
