I am originally from Southern California and in Southern California there is a restaurant chain called El Torito. El Torito has really good Mexican food, it's not really authentic Mexican food, but it is good nonetheless. Anyways, I went on a road trip a few months ago back to California to visit my family and friends and we went to El Torito. I always order a salad because I just LOVE their Cilantro Pepita Caesar salad dressing! It is so different and so yummy! Unfortunately, I cannot find this salad dressing in grocery stores here in Florida, but I got a couple bottles when I was home in California and they are good until August. After that I don't know, I guess it is back to Ranch dressing! Oh well. Anways, has anyone else ever tried this dressing? If you did, what do you think of it? Have a great day and happy myLotting!!

I have never heard of this dressing. I have just recently tried a pepita melon, and it was very good. I imagine from this that that would be a good dressing as well.

It is actually really small, like not much bigger than a lemon. Shaped like an egg, creamy colored with red streaks on the skin. A grocery where I do compliance scanning carries imported fruits, I like to try them occasionally.

I've not seen it myself but I've definitely heard of cilantro...might have been at Mylot though. I enjoy Caesar dressing but I love Blue Cheese Dressing from the fridge section in the supermarket....have you tried it. It is sensational.

I have never heard of the restaurant or the salad dressing....but it sounds good. My daughter uses cilantro in alot of her recipes...she lives in Arizona..You'll have to have them ship you some when you get close to running out!

Mmm! I love Caesar dressing too. That is why I knew that I would love this too. It is sort of a southwest Caesar type dressing, so good!
