My phone broke!!

I brought my w580i off of ebay about 2 weeks ago. it was brand new when i woke up this morning the screen was blinking so i turned it off so...... then i tried to turn it back on and it wont come on it just vibrates. what do you think is wrong with my phone?? Oh i called this place where i can mail in my phone and they said my screen most likely has went out and it will cost 100!!!!! to fix it. if thats the case and i'm not sure that it is i'll be back on ebay buying a lcd and do the repairs myself!

Sometimes new products can break very early on.
It may be tough to get a refund if it is from ebay but check the manufacturer website and see if there are any product recalls.
