How may I increse my DL speed?

Im a internet user from Bangladesh. But I am really worried with my internet speed in my country. I have heard that it is possible to increase my download speed by changing my ISP information (May by hacking ISP). Is there to assist me on how may I do that job, please.

Hey! Downlaod speed depends on your internet connection... There is difference between connection speed and download speed.. For broadband connection of 256kbps, download speed is 32KB/s.... And you cannot exceed that speed... there is no way to ISP... its impossible..... But if you are not getting the max speed you may try downloading from torrent sites...

Internet speed depends on how many users are using internet at your locality.If the area where you are staying have more internet users then your download limit will be less.But the internet provider provides the download limit speed. There are some speed enhancer softwares also.You can download those softwares and try.
