I'm sure most of them pay eventually, but some take months. More the problem is actually GETTING to payout, because they keep raising them. I joined one a few days ago when the payout was $2. In five days, it went up to $5 and then $10 - that's crazy!

Despite have an influx of non paying sites there are still several paying sites out there, more than ten. I do have the list if you want to check them out, just add me to your friends and i will send it to you. Another thing i noted is that the old sites are most often paying thats why they are still around. So there are really a number of paying sites.
