What is beauty? One thinks dressing well looks beauty. Another thinks inner beauty is really beautiful. Almostly, all the girls and women run after beauty, even in the poor national minority, such as north of Thailand , near Burma, the female have their own way of making up. They consider who own the longest neck around brass is most beautiful. They believe the larger earhole which a talbe tennies ball can go through, the more beautiful. They think that smearing black gum over tooth makes them beautiful. We, who are living in the city , may be against the girls and women mentioned above, but in my opinion , everyone has his own thought and own define about beauty. What is beauty in your mind?

Forget the outside stuff. True beauty is INSIDE the person..in the personality!
I have seen beautiful ladies that are NASTY and mean! And I have seen old wrinkled women who shine beauty out and everyone loves them!
What is beauty? It is the spirit of the woman that comes from being nice INSIDE and caring for others. It is not being selfish!
Forget the make-up! Beauty comes from inside and does not need rouge!

It's hard to define what beauty is. The only I could assue is I am not a handsome guy:) So I would pay more attention to build the inner beauty so that other people still like me...
Just recall Jim Garrey's words in Lier, Inner Beauty is the really beauty? That's just Ugly people's talking... Just joking.

I think that you are right. People's ideas about beauty differ depending on where they are from, the people that they surround themselves with and the belief system that they belong to. All around the world ideas and ideals about beauty are very very different. Something that one country or religion believes to be beautiful can be ugly to another.
I also think that people's ideas about beauty are constantly changing, this is majorily due to the mass media that publicises ideals about what is fashionable, how best to wear your hair and make-up etc. This also comes from films, television, celebrities and the fashion industry who are extreemely influential to our perceptions about what looks good.
